1 – 3 scoops SweetyHi
1 large handful of living fresh raw greens (spinach, kale, broccoli, asparagus, cilantro, or celery)
1 peeled orange
1 peeled banana
1 unpeeled, cored apple
8 – 16 oz of purified water
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
