Green Beans


1/2 to 1 cup green beans

salt to taste



  1. Place the beans in a large skillet and cover with pure water.  Add a little salt, about 1/8 tsp if desired.
  2. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain, and season with salt to taste.

Serve with Lemon Oregano Sauce or Ginger Dressing
