Ingredients:
2 cups pure water
2-3 dates
2 handful greens (spinach, lettuce, kale, collard greens, beet greens, etc.)
small handful of parsley or cilantro
1 banana
1 apple or pear
1 orange, peeled

Directions:
Blend well in a blender.

2 handfuls greens (spinach, lettuce, kale, collard greens, beet greens, etc.)
1 mango
Handful of strawberries

Directions:
Blend well in a blender.

Note: It’s best to rotate the greens.

Raw Granola

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted buckwheat
1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds
1 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 cup sprouted oats
1 cup chopped soak almonds
Cinnamon to liking
Nutmeg to liking
Sea Salt to liking
1/4 cup coconut oil*
1 cup raw honey or maple syrup*

Directions:
Mix together all together with hands in a big bowl. Spread on Dehydrator Sheet and
dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8-12 hours or until crunchy. Serve with Nut milk and dried or
fresh fruit. Enjoy!

*To soften, allow to sit in nutmilk or place chosen amount in small jar in warm water or in
the sun.

Note: You can use walnuts or pecans instead of almonds. You can also use vanilla and
almond extract instead of cinnamon and nutmeg. The dry ingredients you can play around
with… add more nuts that you like or add more oats if you like, or less buckwheat… whatever
you like. 2-4 hours.

Chia Seeds and Fruit Pudding

 

Ingredients:
4 cups cashew milk (see recipe)
3/4 cup chia seeds
2-3 medjool date, sliced
2 cups in season fruits (berries, apples, mangoes, etc.), chopped
a handful of chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Mix all the ingredientws in a big bowl. Stir well, cover and chill in the refrigerator for
2-4 hours.

Cashew Milk

Ingredients:
2 cups cashews, soaked for 2 hours or more
2 cups purified water + 2 cups more
2-3 medjool date or 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
A few drops of natural almond extract

Directions:
Place cashews and 2 cups water in a blender and blend on high speed. Add the rest
of the ingredients and blend well.

Note: You can use different nuts and seeds to make delicious nut milk, i.e., Brazil nuts,
Macadamia, Pecan, etc.

Almond Milk

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds, soaked for 4 hours or more
2 cups purified water + 2 cups more
2-3 medjool date or 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup
A few drops of natural almond extract or vanilla (optional)

Directions:
Place almonds and 2 cups water in a blender and blend on high speed. Strain mixture
through a nut milk bag or a couple of layers of cheese cloth into a bowl. Rinse blender
and add back in the strained liquid. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
