Jean’s Green Smoothie



1 Bunch Celery

1 Bunch Spinach

1 Bunch Kale

1 large cucumber

2 lemons

2 apples

3/4 – 1 tsp Cayenne

6 – 16.9 oz containers of pure water



  1. Wash all produce and set out in 2 batches.
  2. Slice lemons and apples in half. Cut off the center (fruit) of the lemon and discard the rind (or keep for other purpose). Cut out the core of the apple and discard. Put results from 1 lemon and 1 apple with each batch of veggies.
  3. Blend 3 bottles of water with 1 batch of veggies and fruit. Add cayenne (optional).
  4. Strain to desired drinking texture (some like thick, some thin).
  5. Pour back into empty bottles from your water.
  6. Repeat with second batch.

Makes about 6 – 16.9 oz “To Go” green smoothies

SweetyHi Green Smoothie

1 – 3 scoops SweetyHi
1 large handful of living fresh raw greens (spinach, kale, broccoli, asparagus, cilantro, or celery)
1 peeled orange
1 peeled banana
1 unpeeled, cored apple
8 – 16 oz of purified water


Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.

SweetyHi Lemon/Lime Lemonade

1 – 2 scoops SweetyHi
Juice of ½ lemon
Juice of ½ lime
1-16 oz bottle Club Soda or Sparkling Water


  1. Mix SweetyHi, lemon and lime in your favorite glass until dissolved.
  2. Add ice and bubbling water.

Suggestion: best not to add citrus directly into a bottle of sparkling water unless you enjoy soda volcanoes J

Crush and add juice and pulp of 2 strawberries for SweetyHi PINK LEMONADE!

SweetyHi Ginger Soda

2 Scoops SweetyHi
1/8 – 1/ 4 tsp Ground Ginger (to taste)
1-16 oz bottle Club Soda or Sparkling Water


  1. In a small bowl, mix SweetyHi and Ground Ginger.
  2. Add a small amount of your favorite bubbling water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour liquid back into bottle, or over a large glass of ice, with the remaining water.
