I am passionate and highly experienced about post-trauma recovery for assault and grieving survivors.

I’m equally passionate about assisting children with Autism and other special needs reduce anxiety while increasing self-acceptance and confidence..

Individual 6-month programs are designed with you to achieve great progress toward 2 – 3 specific goals; anything from general stress reduction, weight loss, or confidence building, to a specific post-assault recovery plan that takes nutritional factors into account.
